2000 saw the Arrows placed into Division 2 of the Senior league, following a league re-structure. The Arrows squad consisting of a
mixture of experienced veterans and several promising new rookies, posted a fine 7-1 record during the regular season to again seal a conference championship and play-off football. The outstanding
performance of the season saw the Arrows make the long trip to Glasgow and set a new club record 87-0 win against the gallant but weak Scottish side.
The play-offs started with a home match against Norwich. A close 12-11 win was only gained on a last second interception to stop Norwich from stealing
the victory.
