The Redditch Arrows are seeking applications for the position of
Head Coach, Offensive and Defensive Co-ordinator and positional coaches.
As we approach our 25th anniversary we are keen to appoint people who will build upon the successes of our
recent years, while bringing new and fresh ideas into the organization. We are seeking applications from
coaches who; have a proven man management record, have been a coach with a
sports team in the past, the ability to plan training sessions and manage and mentor our remaining level 1 / 2 coaches.
You will possess at a minimum level 1 BAFCA qualification, and
will be seeking to expand your knowledge. In addition we may require a CRB check to be conducted. Although neither post is a paid position, the
successful candidate will be joining an organisation with excellent opportunities:
We are based at Kings Norton Rugby Club, Ash Lane, Hopwood Park, Nr Alvechurch, and play on the main
pitch which is situated directly in front of the club house and a 300 seated stand.
2009 saw the start of Redditch Arrows Youth team who are
competing in this year's championship, so this will provide a number of players each year to the senior squad. We have a core of 35 players on the current roster.
